Posted by I’m taking a break from reviews today. Instead I will let you see a little bit of Japan that is around where I live. This is what the ocean looks like around my area. There are a lot of ships that pass by and you can hear their horns in the mornings and evenings.
Awaji Island is fairly close to my home. It is a very nice place with great views, nature and food.
The food is great on the island and if you can go there on a weekday and not a holiday, it is a really peaceful place to hangout on a date or with the family.
The weather can be a bit crazy but the changes of the seasons are almost always beautiful and there is something to look forward to. Except Summer. Summer is hot and humid and noisy thanks to the cicadas that sing their deafening love song for the better part of two months.
That’s all for today. I’ll be heading to the states to visit family over the summer and will try to add some photos of that. It will probably be a lot of photos of farm land and cows, but they are cute cows.
